SpeedQuel is THE tool for Oracle database development and administration.

SpeedQuel specialises in providing an easy-to-use yet powerful interface to querying and developing in Oracle databases. It has many special features designed to aid with SQL performance tuning (hence the name SpeedQuel... get it?). It is extremely light-weight and uses the native Oracle OCI API to provide the fastest and most efficient communications with the database.
